Kitty Hawk (FAKT)
Why we like it: Nice ‘humpy’ runway, can be challenging the first time, but if you happen to have a bounce, you are usually out of the line of sight of the restaurant patrons…
Springs (FASI)
Not exactly an exciting place to visit, but it has a nice long runway in good condition. There is not much to see or do at this airfield, but there is a reason that I am featuring it... The President's Trophy Air Race will be held here on the weekend of the 25...
